Seismic Destructions and Seismic Defense – Critical Opinion

Different international associations of builder-engineers have described very
many cases of unexplicable seismic destructions of
their seismostable buildings.
This unexplicability consisted into the next fearful
facts: all this destructions happened and happen inspite of official codes and inspite
of official theory and practice of seismo defense.Such crying contradictions give us a dangerous
signal that we yet have nothing exact information about real destructive
seismic influence. We were the first who tried to find this very important
information by means of analysis of pictures of seismic destructions, which
always have very extraordinary forms Present catastrophic situations at the
fear of seismo defense can be changed only by efforts
of themselves inhabitants of seismo dangerous regions
(like California). People must stop believing blindly into optimistic
declarations of official seismic science and they must become active and
thinking fighters for their own real seismic safety.
